Offers

Four ways in. One seat.

No price list on a page. Every engagement starts with a call and a one-page plan you keep either way.

01

AI Product Sprint

An MVP, internal tool or marketplace, live on your domain with real payments.

  • A working product, not a prototype: payments, auth and analytics wired
  • AI-assisted build, so the budget goes to decisions, not boilerplate
  • Source code, deploy runbook and a walkthrough your team can follow
Typical timeline · 2 to 6 weeks
02

Agentic Automation Audit + Build

Map the agent-shaped work in your business, then ship workflows that finish without you.

  • A Levels 0 to 3 audit of your real workflows
  • 3 to 5 unattended workflows live on n8n, MCP or OpenClaw
  • Runbooks and alerts so your team can operate them without me
Typical timeline · 2 weeks
03

Creative Production Partner

Video, animation and campaign creative from the EndingScene studio. Story first, render second.

  • A monthly creative slate, scripted and approved before anything renders
  • AI-augmented production with a human director at every decision point
  • Masters, cutdowns and usage rights delivered on a calendar
Typical timeline · monthly retainer
04

AI Adoption Program

Your team leaves with working workflows, not slides.

  • Levels 0 to 3 curriculum, tuned to each role in the room
  • Live build sessions on your own tasks, documents and data
  • Measured outcomes reported after the room, not a feedback form
Typical timeline · 1 to 5 days, on-site or remote
Fractional AI Lead One seat that runs product, automation and creative decisions for you, monthly. Ask about it on the call.

Work

Live, with real numbers.

Six things you can open today. Each one is running, taking payments or training people right now.

Product · Marketplace + app

shehzin.com

Multi-vendor Bangla ebook marketplace with an Android app and real payments.

Designed, built and run it, mostly solo, with AI-assisted development. It also publishes my own playbooks.

pretendmind.com

A productised-service marketplace: fixed-price automation, AI video, content and MVP work.

The experiment: an agency operated by AI agents, with humans only at decision points. I run it and write about it.

girlsq.com

A marketplace for women entrepreneurs in Bangladesh to sell to a wider market.

Built the storefront, seller onboarding and payments; now growing the supply side, which is the real bottleneck.

How I work

Skilled first, then systemised.

Skilled first, then systemised

I learned every trade on this page by hand before I automated it. Be skilled yourself, then build systems, so control and time both stay in your hands. That is why the systems survive when the tool changes next quarter.

Operator vs Director

Most people use AI as a typist: one prompt, one answer, copy it out. I direct it like a crew. Briefs, roles, stop conditions, then agents that take a task, decide their own steps and finish it while I sleep.

Story first, render second

The render is the cheap part. For a film, a product or a campaign, the script comes first: what it must say, in what order, to whom. Then the tools, which will change again next quarter.

01

Call

A short call. You bring the problem, I bring questions. No deck.

02

One-page plan

Scope, timeline and what done looks like, on one page. You keep it either way.

03

Build in public sprints

Short sprints with live links and real data. You see the work, not a status report.

04

Handover with runbooks

Code, workflows and runbooks your team can operate without me in the room.

Trusted by

Serious rooms, real work.

Organisations I have built for, filmed for or trained. Names, not logos.

About

From ৳10,000 a month to four companies.

In 2013 I earned ৳10,000 a month and learned After Effects and WordPress from YouTube after the office emptied out. Nobody asked me to. That habit is still the asset.

Today I run four companies from Dhaka: a story-driven video studio, a Bangla e-learning platform with 100,000+ learners, a publishing house and a productised-service marketplace. In 2026 I shipped six products and three apps, mostly alone, with AI writing most of the code.

Father, husband, half-marathoner. Based in Dhaka, working across time zones, from Gulf mornings to US afternoons.
